Kintu Rose Galabuzi is an accomplished educationist with extensive experience in school leadership, teaching, and administration. She has a strong passion for fostering academic excellence and developing future leaders. Currently serving as the Head Teacher at St. Julian High School, Gayaza, since 2018, Rose has demonstrated exceptional leadership managing large student populations and spearheading school programs that prioritize both academic and personal development. A patriot and entrepreneur, Rose is also known for her motivational skills and dedication to empowering her students and staff. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles as Headmistress at St. Lawrence Horizon Campus and Cranes College Lugazi, where she held responsibilities such as Head of the Geography Department and Assistant Headmistress.Rose holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University Business School (2017-2019) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Geography/Religious Studies) from Uganda Christian University (2002-2005). Her education, combined with her extensive hands-on experience, has equipped her with the skills necessary to lead, inspire, and innovate within the educational field.
